Before you purchase any items from our website, it is important that you review and understand the following "Terms and Conditions" agreement.

Please review our terms and conditions carefully, which govern your use of this site. By using this site, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, then please do not use our site.
This site contains links to websites operated by other businesses. We do not control these other sites and are not responsible for their content. We do not endorse the linked sites or have any association with the operators of those sites.
All orders must be placed online through our website. We do not accept orders over the phone or through E-mail. Currently, we only sell our goods to customers in the United States of America.
Our online store does not use a real-time inventory system. Therefore, it may be possible that after you placed the order, the item(s) may be out of stock.
In which case, we will notify you using the E-mail address you have provided and remove that particular item(s) from your order. The rest of the order will be shipped and the shipping and handling charges will be adjusted accordingly.
Currently, we only accept credit card payments using any of the cards listed below:
- American Express
- Diner's Club
When purchasing goods on the Internet, you must take caution in using your credit card. We will not be responsible for any fraudulent purchases made using your credit card.
We do not offer price matching because we believe our products out performs many other similar products on the Internet and our price is already very competitive compare with similar products on the Internet.
After you have placed your order and before it is shipped, you will have the opportunity to cancel it. Please send an E-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject "Cancel Order #xxxxxx", where xxxxxx is your order number. If your order is shipped, you may still return the order by following our return policy. When returning a product, the buyer will be responsible for all the shipping charges and we will not refund the original shipping charges back to you.
All orders placed before 12:00PM Pacific Standard Time will be shipped on the same working day. Any order placed after 12:00PM Pacific Standard Time will be shipped the next working day. During busy holiday seasons, please be advised that some orders may be shipped late.
Our shipping charges include shipping cost, packaging cost and handling cost. The rate we charge will be higher than the postage value on the box.
We ship all our orders using United States Postal Service Priority Mail.
All orders purchased within 90 days can be returned back to us. The returned product must be in new or sellable condition. Opened items can be returned provided that they are defective or is not working with your printer. Remanufactured ink cartridges such as HP and Lexmark are made using original manufacture cartridges and are tested before shipping to our customers, therefore we can not accept opened remanufactured ink cartridges unless they are defective. To prevent abusive use of this policy, such as returning used cartridges, we reserved the right to determine when an opened item is returnable or not. The packaging must not be damaged and any shrink wrap must not be broken. When returning a product, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges. We will not credit shipping charges to you. The shipping and handling charges on the invoice are not refunded. Please understand this is our effort to maintain cost so we can offer high quality products at lower price to our customers.
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you find that the product is defective, you may return the product to us within 90 days of purchase and we will send you a replacement at no additional cost. This policy does not apply to products that have being used or damaged by misuse.
Our products have being tested rigorously and are compatible with the original manufacturer's equipment. Therefore, we strongly recommend you to check with your printer's manufacturer if your printer is having problem printing before ordering any supplies from our website. We will not be held responsible if the printer is damaged from using our ink.
The courts in Alameda County, California will have exclusive jurisdiction in all disputes relating to the use of this website and the ordering of goods and services.
Choice of Law
These terms and conditions will be governed and construed in accordance with California law.
Changes in Terms of Conditions
We may change these terms and conditions without notice. Please review this page regularly to review any changes.
