Your order takes about 2 - 3 business days from the day it is shipped. For international customers, your order is shipped via international airmail and typically takes about 3 - 7 business days to arrive depending on your location.

What are the available shipping methods?
For US customers, we ship our orders via USPS First Class and Priority Mail. USPS First Class is an economical way to ship a lightweight package that weight less than 13oz. USPS Priority Mail is a good choice for larger. USPS delivers packages on Saturday without extra cost, which is a good benefit over UPS or FedEx. For international customers, we ship our orders via international air.
What does "compatible" in the cartridge name mean?
"Compatible" means the cartridge is not manufactured by the original manufacture. The cartridge's quality is comparable to manufacture's original cartridges. Our ink cartridges use high quality ink made in the USA so the printing quality matches closely to the original cartridge.
What does "remanufactured" in the cartridge description mean?
"Remanufactured" means the ink cartridge is made from recycled ink cartridges. The basic process of making a remanufactured ink cartridge involves cleaning the recycled cartridge and filling new ink into the cartridge. Remanufactured ink cartridges are good alternatives to the original cartridges because they are much cheaper. Also because they are made using original manufacture's cartridge, their compatibility is guaranteed.
Will a compatible cartridge produce the same number of prints as an original manufacture's cartridge?
Definitely. A compatible cartridge contains the same amount of ink as the original manufacture's cartridge and the number of prints produced is the same as the original manufacture's cartridge.
How long can I store the cartridges and how do I store the cartridges?
Our cartridge’s shelf life is about 2 years. You can store the unopened cartridges in room temperature at a cool, shaded area.
Your price is so cheap, how is the quality?
The competitive market and better manufacturing process have brought compatible ink cartridge prices down substantially. Although our price may seem to be too low to be true, our quality is still top notch. We work directly with manufactures to ensure we get the best product at the lowest price and this translates to lower price for our customers.
